Oven Control

Do you own a hand-controlled oven, and do you want to extend its deployment

options? FlashTech develops oven control systems. The control systems are based
on Siemens S7-1200/1500 PLC’s, and are combined with monitor and recipe systems 
They feature: 

• Dashboard to monitor one or more ovens remotely 
• Autotune, fast commissioning 
• Recipe management
• Configure temperature cycle, multi temperature steps with own PID settings
• Reporting (traceability)
• Data analysis 
• Process optimization

The control can be used in combination with existing heating systems
(fuel oil, gas, electrical).  
For this, we developed a unique, intelligent PID control with various settings
(aggressive, moderate, conservative). In combination with our registration system,
the PID control can be optimized over time, by collecting and using heating data.
